Terminology
UCC Certificate: A certificate based upon a 5-year search that certifies as to any outstanding UCC Financing Statements filed through Central filing in Oklahoma County.
Special Certificate (Judgments and Liens): A certificate based upon a 30-year search that certifies as to any outstanding judgments and liens of record, other than outstanding mortgages.
Special Certificate (Buyer Name): A certificate based upon a 30-year search that certifies as to any outstanding judgments and liens against the buyer to a transaction.
