Preliminary Title Work

We will order the abstract update/build for the subject property, examine the abstract, obtain an attorney’s opinion, prepare the commitment for title insurance, and order the pre-closing gap search. We will also be happy to prepare a pro forma policy with requested endorsements for your review prior to closing….

Statewide Closing Services

Closings performed at our offices by an escrow agent or attorney.

Document Preparation

We will prepare those documents necessary to convey marketable title including, but not limited to, any necessary deeds, affidavits necessary for title curative matters, and escrow instructions.

Courtesy Recordings

Documents delivered to the county clerk’s office in the county in which the real property is located at no charge (NOTE: Customer must submit payment for recording fees payable to county clerk’s office).

Post-Closing Services

Our staff will record the transaction documents, order final title evidence, and prepare the final policy(ies).
